Appointments are reserved just for you. To maintain the integrity of each experience, we kindly ask that you review the following:

Reservation & Payment

All appointments made ONLINE.

You can book your appointment through this link: BOOK ONLINE

Valid card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at booking unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your experience.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next guest, with the full-service price applied.

New Clients

Please arrive a few minutes early to complete any intake forms and settle into the space.

Health & Comfort

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

The Elevated Crown is designed as a calming, restorative environment. We invite you to silence your phone and fully relax during your service.

After Service Policy

Your experience doesn’t end when you leave. To protect your results and extend the benefits of your treatment, we recommend the following:

Post-Treatment Care

Your scalp and skin may feel more sensitive and open following your service.

We recommend avoiding:

Heavy styling products immediately after

Tight hairstyles or tension on the scalp

Excessive heat (hot tools, saunas) for the remainder of the day

Hair & Scalp

Your hair may be left slightly damp or air-dried to support scalp health.

If heat styling is performed, it will be done gently and mindfully.

Skin & Facial Care

Following facial massage or lymphatic work:

Avoid makeup for the rest of the day if possible

Stay hydrated to support lymphatic movement

You may experience light flushing -this is normal and temporary

Results & Frequency

Results are cumulative. For optimal benefits, we recommend consistent treatments based on your individual needs.

At-Home Support

We may recommend products or routines to maintain your results between visits.
